Ebema has been improving outdoor spaces with visionary ideas and elegant concrete solutions since 1946. For people, companies and governments, Ebema makes outdoor spaces cozier, smarter, more comfortable, safer, more beautiful, greener and stronger. Currently, there are three branches, the team consists of around 250 people and the company has approximately 60 million euros in turnover per year. The product range for the public market is known as Ebema_LivingCity, while Ebema_Stone&Style includes the range for gardens, patios, entrances and now also facade bricks.

Building the foundation

Although this collaboration now runs like a well-oiled machine, it didn't happen overnight. As is often the case, it grew organically from a modest starting point. In an initial phase, in January 2022, one of our Marketing consultants began in the role of temporary segment manager for Stone&Style, pending a permanent appointment. In that early phase, important steps were taken such as:

  1. Email marketing: sent 201 mailings to various target groups with a clearly defined tone of voice.
  2. Copywriting: Significantly improving Ebema's communication and design.
  3. Marketing plan: Together with colleagues, develop a detailed marketing plan for the garden segment.
  4. Brochure upgrades: Transforming a product brochure into an inspiring visual viewing book about water management.
  5. Campaign Management: Lead and Manage the “Concrete with Class” Campaign.
  6. Digital rebranding: Managing Eurodal's digital rebranding process in the right direction.

A double whopper

When a new business unit was established in 2023, fully dedicated to facade bricks, a Unikoo marketing team was brought on board to lead the launch and marketing coordination. A selection of the marketing activities included:

  1. Website optimization: Improving website content and user experience.
  2. Texture generator: Contribute to the design of a tool for personalizing façade designs.
  3. Project management: Coordinating online and offline marketing activities.
  4. Marketing support: Social media support, copywriting and creating promotional materials.

Towards a third phase in cooperation

In 2024, Ebema decided to focus more on online marketing, which led to the engagement of Unikoo Performance Marketing. The Unikoo team and Ebema's internal digital strategists worked on:

  1. Online ads: Managing campaigns across digital platforms.
  2. Dashboarding: Developing a performance marketing dashboard for improved reporting.
  3. Analysis and reporting: Continuous monitoring and optimization of marketing strategies.
  4. SEO: Setting up content clusters based on search behavior to rank high for relevant topics in the concrete industry.
  5. Content creation: Writing texts, designing flyers, creating visuals for social media ads, producing videos, and designing wireframes for conversion pages.
  6. Event communication & email marketing: Use all online channels to promote events, including email marketing, to reach the right target groups.
