Your challenge

As an HR Officer, you will support various customers with their payroll & HR administration, which can be done remotely or at the customer's office. Since our customers are hip start-ups, scale-ups and dynamic organizations, you will have a central role within this organization where you are the “go-to person” for all kinds of HR matters. Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • You ensure that personnel data is managed correctly and is always up to date.
  • You manage all employee contracts such as employment contracts, car policies, etc.
  • You are responsible for payroll processing and are in close contact with the social secretariat for this.
  • You are responsible for time management in the broadest sense, such as time registration, follow-up of vacation planning, keeping track of absences, etc.
  • You are the first point of contact for employees who have questions about, for example, their salary, time credit, parental leave, etc.
  • You will support the recruitment team by, among other things, preparing & posting vacancies and following up on applications.
  • You are responsible for the administrative onboarding of new colleagues and giving them a warm welcome.
  • You are responsible for managing the fleet and insurances.

  • You have a master's or bachelor's degree in an economic/psychological/HR field.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience as an HR Officer or an equivalent position.
  • You have a strong knowledge of social legislation.
  • A first experience in talent processes is definitely a plus.
  • You are open-minded, customer-oriented & can communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
  • You work accurately, independently and enjoy taking initiatives.
  • You are looking for variation where you can further develop yourself through the various assignments with our customers!
