Your challenge
As a senior HR Consultant, you will play a generalist HR role with our customers (start-ups, scale-ups and dynamic SMEs) and will guide them strategically as well as operationally.
Some of your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for designing the HR processes and optimizing the HR policy where necessary.
- You are the first point of contact for employees with all kinds of HR questions and are a sounding board for management.
- You support in attracting the right talent and ensure a warm and smooth onboarding of new colleagues.
- You have final responsibility for payroll and personnel administration and support in developing and/or optimizing the wage policy.
- You are responsible for performance & talent management within the organization.
- You are responsible for learning & development, including setting up and developing a training plan, possible training courses and coordinating the courses.
- You participate in a wide range of HR projects, such as implementation of HR systems, etc.

Do you have a broad HR experience that you want to use with various customers to help both customers and employees grow? Then this is your dream job. We are happy to provide you with the desired skills and experience:
- Preferably a master's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a broad HR role.
- Experience with various HR tools that support the talent process (L&D, Performance Management,...).
- Extensive knowledge of social legislation.
- Very strong communication skills: you can express yourself clearly & professionally and you enjoy talking to various stakeholders.
- You take initiatives, are structured and work independently.
